What we use
Agent Clarity processes product information, store policies, catalog test results, and your app settings. When a staff member approves a change, we also record their staff identifier so the approval can be traced back to them.
We don’t request access to customer or order data.
Where your information goes
Your app data is processed on Cloudflare. When you run a catalog discovery test, we send a query based on your product information, along with buyer country context, to Shopify.
Access tokens are encrypted and never sent to your browser. This version of Agent Clarity doesn’t send your catalog to an external generative AI provider.
How long we keep it
We keep audit and query history for 90 days. Current product snapshots stay in the app while it’s installed, so you can review your catalog and its findings.
When you leave
Uninstalling Agent Clarity stops background work and removes your store’s access credentials. When Shopify sends a shop data deletion request, we remove the stored data for your shop. You can also contact us to request deletion.
